1. is available on any cellular phone, no downloads of any software needed.
2. Any (SMS or spoken) question can be sent, and within seconds or a few minutes a precise and brief reply is sent back, as a SMS message, or as an email message. If MiaMia® does not find an answer, at least a notification of this will be sent to the user.
3. A query can be formulated in "natural" words, no need to go through lengthy "advanced search" tables and no need to formulate the question in "Boolean statements".
4. An answer is found fully automatically by the MiaMia® NLP (Natural Language Processing) software and SMS-ed back immediately. However, if the question is not understood by the NLP module, and/or the answer is not found in the MiaMia® or online content bases, stand-by database call center Human Knowledge Assistants will find the answer (in online or printed sources) and generate a SMS answer back. The latter is then usually done within minutes.
5. MiaMia® is free, the user doesn't pay (other than local communication costs) for the retrieved information.
6. Email retrieval and email dictation will also be available (beta November 2008).
